About the Role: The Operations Director – Strategic Accounts Finance will lead a global team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional projects and services for strategic accounts in the financial sector. The role is focused on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality while ensuring compliance and meeting budgetary requirements. This position requires close collaboration with Strategic Accounts Finance Sales Directors and Heads of Country to align operational delivery strategies, processes, and procedures. Additionally, there will be collaboration with other Operations Directors to optimize resource allocation and maintain consistency in policies and procedures across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with strategic account objectives. * Understand the unique operational needs of each account and implement tailored strategies. * Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. * Achieve and exceed financial and margin targets at account and project levels. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. * Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and supply chain operations. * Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operational team. * Establish and monitor KPIs, providing coaching and support to achieve goals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and resources. * Develop and maintain quality management systems in coordination with the global operations leadership. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. * Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize service quality. * Provide regular updates to senior management on strategic account performance. * Deliver operational support for managed services and other related activities within strategic and key accounts.
