A Business Development Lead, with a strong technical understanding of RF Systems, an appreciation of Communications, Sensing / Radar technologies and/or Satellite / Space technologies will bring their Commercial Sales experience to a thriving Technical Consultancy.

This role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, culminating in developing opportunities and closing sales.

With a passion for establishing new business relationships and building sales pipelines in markets outside of Defence; you’ll bring both technical skills and business development experience ideally relating to consulting sales.

About you

  • A strong academic background with an Engineering or Physics Degree.
  • Extensive post-graduate work experience with 5+ years in business development / commercial sales.
  • Strong understanding of RF Systems.
  • Exposure to Communications, Radar /Sensing applications and Space / Satellite technologies highly beneficial.
  • Ability to understand customers’ strategic, commercial and technology challenges.
  • Proven experience of establishing new business relationships, developing networks and building leads and sales pipelines.
  • Experience of commercialization of both technologies and products.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales campaigns.
