A Principal Systems Engineer with expertise in RF and/or High Speed Digital Electronics and strong leadership skills will join a thriving Technology Company, leaders in Satellite Communications infrastructure development. With a solid understanding of multiple technical disciplines including hardware, software and mechanical, the successful Principal Systems Engineer will be the primary technical authority, leading the system integration and validation activities for complex Satellite Communications products.
Bringing a strong academic background in an Electronic Engineering related discipline and commercial experience gained within technology development in a Defence, Consultancy, Communications or similar Electronics environment, you will balance innovation with structured processes to deliver top quality solutions.
Applicants should bring the following:
- Expertise in Systems Engineering incorporating RF and/or High Speed Digital design.
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Extensive System architecture design experience.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Some experience of Satellite Communications technology (High Frequency, Digital IF, High Power amplifiers) beneficial.
- Career in Defence / Technical Consultancy / Electronics Product Development.
- Experience of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including digital electronics, software and mechanical.
