A competent Manufacturing Manager will take responsibility for all production and manufacturing operations for a new department within an established award-winning High Technology company; overseeing production planning, supply chain coordination, quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Applications for this Manufacturing Manager will bring proven experience of working within a low-volume electro-mechanical manufacturing environment with highly configurable products; a strong understanding of production planning, purchasing and supply chain operations, extensive experience of working with ERP/MRP systems as well as knowledge of quality systems and compliance.

  • An Engineering or relevant technical degree qualification.
  • Proven experience running a low-volume electro-mechanical manufacturing facility for highly configurable products.
  • Good understanding of supply chain operations, purchasing and production planning.

  • Proven experience of ERP/MRP ownership.
  • Experience managing operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
