Qualifications
- A minimum of a 2.1 BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or a relevant subject.
- Several years of post‑graduate RF‑based circuit design experience, ideally some within a defence‑related environment.
- Good analogue, microwave and RF design and simulation experience.
- Experience developing products from conception through to manufacture.
- Experience with radar systems, surveillance and/or sensors highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills plus customer‑facing experience.
- Exposure to open architecture standards such as OpenCPI, STICS or SOSA highly beneficial.
