This is a rare opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovations in RF and microwave system design, working from concept through to production on technologies that connect the world. About the Role As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex RF and microwave radio systems (10 MHz to 40 GHz). Your work will span the full product lifecycle — from initial concept and simulation to prototyping, testing, and volume production. Key Responsibilities * Undertake design and development of RF and microwave hardware for advanced satellite communication systems. * Take products from initial concept through detailed design, prototype, testing, and final production. * Perform RF system performance analysis and simulations using industry-standard tools. * Define and validate key RF component parameters and select suitable technologies. * Utilize EM modelling techniques and tools for design verification. * Design, analyse, and troubleshoot various transceiver architectures. * Use a range of advanced RF/microwave test instrumentation to verify and characterize designs. Requirements * A good degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Proven track record in RF/microwave system design across 10 MHz to 40 GHz. * Deep understanding of RF component behaviour and system integration. * Strong knowledge of electromagnetic modelling techniques and tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS). * Proficient in RF system analysis, simulation, and design optimization. * Familiarity with a wide range of transceiver architectures and their implementation. * Hands-on experience with lab test equipment: VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc. * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
