A great opportunity for a Head of Project Management to shape project delivery across a technically diverse Consultancy environment, combining hands-on project delivery and line management.

You'll hold a Project Management qualification, have proven experience of managing complex technical projects in the RF or embedded electronics domain together with experience of leading and managing Project Management teams, ideally within the Defence industry.

A competitive salary will be offered to C£95K + Hybrid working, Company Bonus Scheme, 10% Company Pension Contribution, 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare and more.

Applicants must be British passport holds eligible for UK SC.

This is an opportunity to own the project governance framework with the consistent use of project management tools and templates; to lead continuous improvement in project and delivery processes; to line manage the team of Project Managers as well as hands-on project management of large projects alongside Technical Leads.

The ideal Head of Project Management will bring

  • Proven experience of leading and managing Project Management teams.
  • Proven experience of managing complex technical projects in the RF or embedded electronics domain.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced Technology Consultancy environment.
  • A Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI etc.
  • Clear communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Experience of working within the Defence industry.
