The Role

The experienced Electronics Design Engineer will take a key role in the design and development of analogue and digital systems. You will work on diverse projects that include PCB design, embedded systems, digital signal processing, and even some integrated circuit (IC) design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and test analogue and digital electronic circuits
  • Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout
  • Support firmware/software development for embedded systems
  • Apply DSP techniques in signal processing applications
  • Contribute to custom IC design and evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineers
  • Document designs and support product certification and testing

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Proven industry experience in both analogue and digital circuit design
  • Strong PCB design and layout skills using industry-standard tools (e.g. Altium)
  • Practical experience with embedded software and microcontrollers
  • Understanding of DSP algorithms and applications
  • Some hands-on experience or understanding of IC design workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Experience in the renewable energy, power electronics or related sectors
