A Quality Inspector with a proven background in electronics, familiarity with PCB assembly and who has experience of quality control and IPC standards will join the production team of an award-winning Technology Company. The successful Quality Inspector will ensure that only conformed products enter the production process; identifying defects early and reducing rework as well as supporting root cause analysis and maintaining detailed documentation.

Skills and Experience should include:

  • Previous experience of working within an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, IPC standards and testing methodologies.
  • The ability to read engineering schematics and drawings.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis.
  • Electronic Engineering related qualification.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector role:

  • Perform inspections using appropriate methods and removing non-conforming products.
  • Communicate quality expectations across production to ensure right first time delivery.
  • Create and maintain inspection documentation and records.
