A Mechanical Engineer with proven 3D CAD skills, an understanding of Electronic and Electrical principles and with excellent customer facing skills will deliver technical support to customers at the European Technical Centre of a leading name in pneumatics and industrial automation technology.

Qualifications

  • You should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • You will bring 3+ years' commercial experience.
  • Applicants must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship, hold a Passport and full driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Using your technical knowledge and problem solving skills, you will support product development activities.
  • Support testing of products.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
  • Investigate product claims.
  • Deliver training.

Excellent English skills are essential.

Desired Profile

  • Proven SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD skills.
  • A basic understanding of electronic / electrical engineering principles.
  • Ideally some experience of designing mechanical components / machined parts or assemblies for industrial machinery.
