A Head of Marketing with extensive experience in Defence Technology will lead a small team within a thriving Technical Consultancy. You’ll focus on market-qualified lead generation within the Defence and Security markets; promoting the Engineering services as well as accelerating growth into product delivery.

Key Requirements include:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the Defence market.
  • A Marketing qualification and ideally a Technical Degree.
  • Experience leading a marketing function within a Defence technology company.
  • Excellent customer facing skills.

The Head of Marketing will generate and lead Defence marketing campaigns; identifying target prospect companies, increasing brand awareness across relevant platforms, managing all PR activities as well as identifying market trends to inform IP and technology roadmaps.

A competitive salary will be offered with a generous benefits package to include a Company Bonus Scheme, 10% Company Pension Contribution, Private Medical cover, Life Assurance, Car Lease Scheme, Long Service awards, 25 days holiday + option to purchase more.

You must be a British Passport holder and eligible for baseline SC.
