A competent Head of Production will take responsibility for all production and manufacturing operations for a new department within an established award-winning High Technology company; overseeing production planning, supply chain coordination, quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Applications for this position will bring proven experience of running a manufacturing environment with highly configurable products; a strong understanding of production planning, purchasing and supply chain operations, extensive experience of working with ERP/MRP systems as well as knowledge of quality systems and compliance. Previous experience of working within a high-technology manufacturing environment is highly beneficial with a focus on Electronics, Defence and/or Aerospace environments.
