A Site Services Manager will take responsibility for maintaining, repairing and supporting all utilities, facilities and services for an established Technology Company.

You'll bring a wide range of skills across multiple building services, have proven experience of managing a site and will have solid admin skills.

This Site Services Manager role will be fully on-site.

A competitive salary will be offered up to C£55K plus numerous benefits including 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, 10% Company pension contributions and more.

The ideal Site Services Manager will bring

  • Proven experience of managing a site with knowledge of H&S Compliance, building and fire regulations etc.
  • Electrician qualification (ideally) together with a good understanding and experience of building services systems such as heating systems, HVAC, water treatment and security systems.
  • The ability to maintain site records.
  • Experience of overseeing varied maintenance and installation projects.
