A Business Development Lead, with a strong technical background, experience of Sales / Business Development within SatComs, Space technologies, Radar / Sensing or similar Electronics related environment will bring their Commercial Sales experience to a thriving Technical Consultancy. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, culminating in developing opportunities and closing sales. With a passion for cultivating strategic partnerships and business development through market commercialisation, you’ll bring both technical skills and business acumen ideally relating to consulting sales.
About you:
- A strong academic background with an Engineering or Physics Degree.
- Extensive post-graduate work experience with 5+ years in business development / commercial sales.
- To have worked within Space / Satellite technologies, Wireless Communications, Radar / Sensing / RF related industries highly beneficial.
- Ability to understand customers’ strategic, commercial and technology challenges.
- Proven experience of establishing new business relationships, developing networks and building leads and sales pipelines.
- Experience of commercialization of both technologies and products.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales campaigns.
