A Business Development Lead, with an Engineering Degree and a strong understanding of RF Systems, Wireless Communications, Sensing or Radar technologies will bring their Commercial Sales experience to a thriving Technical Consultancy. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, culminating in developing opportunities and closing sales. With a passion for establishing new business relationships and building sales pipelines in markets outside of Defence; you'll bring both technical skills and business development experience ideally relating to consulting sales.

About you:

  • A strong academic background with a minimum of a 1st/2.1 Engineering or Physics Degree.
  • Extensive post-graduate work experience with 5+ years in business development / commercial sales.
  • Good understanding of RF Systems, Wireless Communications, Radar Technologies, Sensing applications.
  • Ability to understand customers' strategic, commercial and technology challenges.
  • A passion for establishing new business relationships and building leads and sales pipelines.
  • Experience of commercialization of both technologies and products.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales campaigns.
