A Business Development Lead, with an Engineering Degree and a strong understanding of RF Systems, Wireless Communications, Sensing or Radar technologies will bring their Commercial Sales experience to a thriving Technical Consultancy. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, culminating in developing opportunities and closing sales.
With a passion for establishing new business relationships and building sales pipelines in markets outside of Defence; you’ll bring both technical skills and business development experience ideally relating to consulting sales.
About you:
- A strong academic background with a minimum of a 1st/2.1 Engineering or Physics Degree.
- Extensive post-graduate work experience with 5+ years in business development / commercial sales.
- Good understanding of RF Systems, Wireless Communications, Radar Technologies, Sensing applications.
- Ability to understand customers’ strategic, commercial and technology challenges.
- A passion for establishing new business relationships and building leads and sales pipelines.
- Experience of commercialization of both technologies and products.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales campaigns.
A generous salary package will be offered to the successful Business Development Lead who is confident in their ability to drive growth in markets related to RF Systems. Hybrid working plus company bonus scheme, 10% company pension contribution, private healthcare, Life assurance and much more.
