An Electronics Development Engineer with a good understanding of DFM/DFA and with knowledge of complex PCB assemblies will become a key member of a new team for an award-winning High-Tech Company developing cutting-edge imaging solutions for Security, Defence and Industrial customers.
Working closely with R ll be responsible for the electronics aspects of transitioning products from development through to scalable manufacturing; drawing on your electronics and PCB assembly manufacturing knowledge.
Qualified to Degree level in Electronics Engineering or similar, the successful Electronics Development Engineer will contribute to the development of a mission critical range of imaging systems used Worldwide.
You ll also have the opportunity to broaden your skills with exposure to FPGA and image processing.
Skills and Experience for this Electronics role should include: * Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar discipline. * Minimum of 3-4 years experience within an electronic manufacturing environment. * Industrial experience of using Altium PCB CAD. * Solid understanding of DFM/DFA/DFT. * Experience supporting products from prototype through to production for low to medium volume products. * Proven experience of PCB assembly and electronics integration.
