Bid Support Manager - Defence / Security - To C£55K with Hybrid + Bonus.

A Bid / Sales Support Manager with experience of the bidding process within a Technical Service environment predominantly in the Defence sector / MOD will contribute to the management and coordination the full bid lifecycle process.

The successful Bid / Sales Support Manager will be a key member of the sales team of a leading Technical Consultancy, where you'll focus on Defence and Security as well as wider technology opportunities.

The Bid Support Manager should bring the following

  • Experience in government / Defence industry procurement as well as business to business bidding.
  • Proven experience of bidding in a technical services environment, predominantly in Defence / MOD.
  • Preparation of commercial and technical bid or proposal documents.
  • Experience of client contact.
  • Experience with Hub Spot CRM.

The responsibilities of the Bid / Sales Support Manager will include

  • Managing the full lifecycle of bids including support to Contract negotiation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivering compelling bid content and documentation aligned with customer requirements.
  • Management of government frameworks.
  • Liaising with legal teams on bid information.
