A PCB CAD Engineer ideally with 1-2 years’ commercial experience, who has an interest in PCB Layout and is seeking a career in high-quality board design, will join a growing Technology Company where you’ll interact with multidisciplinary engineers whilst learning from the Senior PCB Designer.

You’ll bring an HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent practical experience involving electronics or PCB CAD; will be familiar with PCB design tools such as Altium as well as having a basic understanding of component placement, routing, design rules and manufacturing outputs.

The successful Junior / Mid level PCB CAD Engineer will contribute to PCB design from component library creation through to layout and release; will work with design engineers to turn schematics into structured PCB Layouts; learning and following PCB design processes and supporting design reviews.

You will have the opportunity to develop a practical understanding of RF, Digital, Analogue and Power PCB through design trade-offs.

Above all, you should bring enthusiasm for PCB design and the desire to solve real-world challenges with a long-term career in PCB CAD Engineering.

A generous salary package will be offered up to £45/50K (depending on experience) with benefits to include a company bonus scheme, 10% company pension contribution, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and more.
