About the Role

As an ERP Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of ERP vendors (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, and others) and their partner networks. Your mission is to identify, engage, and place top ERP talent across permanent and contract roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, understand project requirements, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions that match client needs with top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their ERP staffing needs and advise on market trends.
  • Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates within the ERP space.
  • Maintain and grow an active pool of ERP professionals across functional, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and independent consultants.
  • Stay updated on developments in the ERP ecosystem to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ERP recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and ecosystems (UNIT4, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in placing ERP professionals across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
  • Existing network and candidate pool within the ERP space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
