How you’ll contribute
- Support Project Management teams with the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of engineering projects.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk registers and project records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action logs while monitoring outstanding actions.
- Coordinate project documentation through our Document Management System, ensuring information is accurate, controlled and up to date.
- Support project reporting by gathering information, tracking progress and identifying outstanding actions.
- Assist with document control, technical documentation, transmittals and project close‑out packs.
- Support project controls by maintaining records relating to programme, change, risks and commercial activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication across projects.
- Help improve project processes and contribute to the continuous development of our Project Delivery function.
