About The Role

As Junior Project Manager you support experienced Project Managers across the delivery of renewable energy and data center projects. You take ownership of defined workstreams — planning, reporting, coordination and documentation — and grow toward leading projects of your own in a fast‑moving, hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support project execution across engineering, procurement and construction
  • Maintain project plans, progress trackers and reporting
  • Coordinate information between engineering, procurement, site and suppliers
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Maintain project documentation, registers and records
  • Support commercial and contract administration tasks
  • Help identify risks and follow up on mitigation actions
  • Take growing ownership of defined project areas over time

About You

  • 1–3 years in project coordination or management within construction, energy, data centers or infrastructure — or a strong graduate with relevant internships
  • Background in engineering, construction management or a related field
  • Structured, organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel
  • Eager to learn and progress toward a Project Manager role
