Technica is hiring a Contract Manager to strengthen the commercial and contractual execution across renewable energy and data center projects. You will actively manage EPC contracts (FIDIC-based), support negotiations, advise on risk allocation and lead claims processes, ensuring contracts are actively managed rather than merely administered.
You will work across renewables and data center projects, coordinating with Project Managers to control obligations, rights and risks, draft and review.
