As the only corporate BDMA member in Scotland with certified technicians, Techni-dri is recognized for its meticulous approach and exceptional customer service. Headquartered in Stirling, the company is dedicated to minimizing the impact of disasters and restoring properties to their pre-incident condition swiftly and professionally.
This is a full-time, on-site Restoration Technician role located in Stirling, working all over Scotland. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for inspecting and assessing property damage caused by water, fire, or other incidents, performing water damage restoration and mitigation. The role includes effective communication with clients and team members to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications- Expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration methods and techniques
- Experience in Mitigation strategies to minimize further damage to properties
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for restoration projects
- Familiarity with BDMA and IICRC standards is beneficial
- Prior experience in restoration or a related field is advantageous
