As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our software products, ensuring users are at the heart of everything we design and build. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, UX peers, researchers, and Scrum teams to test ideas, validate hypotheses, and deliver user-centred solutions.

You’ll work across the product lifecycle — using research, prototyping, and testing methods to define problems and co‑create solutions with end users and customers. You’ll also champion the value of user experience across the organisation, building buy‑in from stakeholders and colleagues alike. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll also support teams in understanding customer needs and provide guidance on UX best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced in UI / UX design for cross‑platform applications.
  • Confident working independently, as part of a design team, and alongside development teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe XD (or other wireframing tools).
  • Skilled at presenting and justifying your work to stakeholders and customers.
  • Familiar with design thinking and user‑centred design methodologies.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Comfortable running research sessions with customers and end users.
