TechNET IT Recruitment has partnered with a leading healthcare services organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Contractor for a short-term, high-impact engagement. This role is suited to a true HR generalist who has been there and done it, someone confident operating at consultant level, trusted to take ownership and deliver without hand-holding.
Key responsibilities:- Supporting Employee Relations activity in light of recent employment law changes
- Updating, amending and rewriting HR policies and documentation
- Supporting HR communications processes within the HiBob HR system
- Reviewing and improving HR system user experience
- Acting as a trusted adviser to the Head of HR Systems (systems ownership already in place)
- Deep, hands-on HR Operations background, ideally progressed up to Consultant level
- Strong employment law knowledge and ER experience
- Comfortable working autonomously, a genuine leave it with me professional
- Confident partnering with senior HR stakeholders
- Experience working within IR35 environments preferred
