We are seeking an experienced PAS-X Re-Hosting Project Manager to support a global Digital Manufacturing transformation programme within a leading pharmaceutical organisation. This role will be responsible for managing the migration and re-hosting of multiple Körber PAS-X MES instances across a global manufacturing network. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between manufacturing sites, IT, Quality, and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of PAS-X migration activities while maintaining compliance within a regulated GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the PAS-X re-hosting project plan, ensuring alignment with the wider Digital Manufacturing programme roadmap and migration strategy.
- Lead and coordinate PAS-X re-hosting activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Manufacturing, IT, QA, Validation, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive 3A Assessments (Application, Architecture and Accelerators) for PAS-X environments.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Conduct technical assessments of existing PAS-X environments, including PAS-X versions, custom developments, interfaces and integrations, and infrastructure dependencies.
- Review and approve infrastructure designs, network architecture, hosting models, and migration approaches.
- Oversee PAS-X integration activities involving SAP ERP, LIMS, SCADA, Historians, and Serialization systems.
- Coordinate migration waves and cutover activities with manufacturing sites to minimise operational disruption.
- Manage project governance and provide regular updates to programme leadership and steering committees.
- Lead third-party vendors, system integrators, and infrastructure partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, CSV and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Körber PAS-X (Werum PAS-X) projects within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Previous experience leading PAS-X re-hosting projects, platform migrations, upgrades, global deployments, and multi-site rollouts.
- Strong understanding of PAS-X architecture and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Experience managing PAS-X integrations with SAP, LIMS, SCADA, Historians and Serialization platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing complex global programmes involving multiple stakeholders and manufacturing sites.
- Strong project management expertise including governance, risk management, budgeting and resource planning.
- Experience managing external vendors and system integrators.
Preferred Experience
- Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Life Sciences manufacturing background.
- Experience within regulated GMP/GxP environments.
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation programmes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification.
