We’re supporting a major transformation programme within a global organisation and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.
You’ll play a key role in analysing business needs, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of new systems and process improvements. This is a hands-on role working across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
Key responsibilities:- Gather, define, and document business and user requirements
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Produce user stories, functional specifications, and process maps (as-is / to-be)
- Support delivery teams through development, testing, and implementation
- Contribute to process improvement and solution design
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
