We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation programme within a highly regulated environment and are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Sitecore, Kubernetes, and digital platform migrations. This is a hands‑on consulting role suited to someone who can combine technical depth with strategic thinking, helping shape migration approaches, challenge delivery direction where needed, and guide stakeholders through complex platform modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise migration and transformation initiatives
- Provide hands‑on expertise across Sitecore and cloud‑native platforms
- Advise on migration strategy, governance, and implementation approach
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to shape solutions
- Assess existing processes and recommend improvements or course‑corrections where required
- Support platform modernisation within a regulated enterprise environment
- Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and delivery teams
Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Sitecore
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerised environments
- Ability to operate in a techno‑functional / client‑facing capacity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments
- Exposure to AI‑driven solutions or enterprise AI initiatives
- Experience within Financial Services or Banking
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
