The Role


As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across new and existing accounts, managing deals end-to-end, and delivering multi-product IT solutions.



  • Manage a mix of warm, lapsed, and new accounts

  • Full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and account growth

  • Sell across a comprehensive portfolio: cloud, infrastructure, services, networking, hardware, security, and software licensing

  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and bid specialists to deliver tailored solutions

  • Achieve monthly GP targets with transparent performance metrics



What We’re Looking For



  • 3–10 years’ IT sales experience (VAR, MSP, B2B hardware/software)

  • Strong new business development and account management skills

  • Confident across multiple solution areas (cloud, services, hardware, software)

  • Proven GP growth and ability to re-engage dormant accounts

  • Resilient, results-driven, and target-focused

  • Must commute to Hertfordshire office, 5 days per week
