The Opportunity
We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and lead programme-level governance across multiple workstreams. This is a key role within a high-profile change portfolio, offering the opportunity to shape delivery from an early stage and provide critical insight to senior leadership.
The Role
As PMO Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and running the Programme Management Office for a complex, multi-workstream transformation. You will bring structure, visibility, and control across the programme, ensuring leadership has the insight and assurance needed to drive successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing programme governance frameworks, boards, and controls
- Creating and maintaining the integrated programme plan across workstreams
- Leading RAID management and cross-workstream dependency tracking
- Delivering high-quality reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and exec level
- Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning
- Driving consistency in delivery standards and ways of working
- Facilitating clear communication across programme stakeholders
- Leading continuous improvement across PMO processes and delivery practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading or establishing PMO functions within large-scale programmes
- Strong expertise in governance, planning, reporting, and programme controls
- Experience managing multi-workstream delivery environments
- Advanced RAID and dependency management capability
- Ability to produce clear, insightful reporting for senior stakeholders and exec teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
