Principal Workday Financials Consultant UK Contract £700–£950 per day SC Cleared Workday Certified I’m currently recruiting for a Principal Workday Financials Consultant to support my clients Workday Practice as they continue to build out their UK capability.
This is a senior, client-facing consulting role for an experienced Workday Financials specialist who can lead complex workstreams, shape solution design and act as a trusted advisor throughout end-to-end Workday transformation programmes.
We are particularly interested in consultants with deep functional expertise across one or more of the following areas:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Workday Financial Management
- Workday Adaptive Planning The emphasis is on genuine specialist capability rather than broad, generalist Workday exposure.
Key responsibilities will include
- Leading Workday Financials workstreams across complex implementations
- Facilitating client workshops and design sessions
- Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Owning functional solution design and configuration decisions
- Supporting testing, deployment, cutover and go-live activity
- Working closely with Data, Integrations, Security, Reporting and Change teams
- Managing senior client stakeholders
- Providing functional leadership and mentoring to other consultants
- Supporting solutioning, estimations and pre-sales activity where required To be considered, you should have:
- Strong Workday Financials implementation experience
- Proven experience leading Financials workstreams
- Active Workday certification
- Current SC Clearance / Clearable SC also considered
- Deep expertise within at least one Financials module or process area
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working across full lifecycle Workday implementations This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Workday Financials professional looking to take on a high-impact Principal-level assignment within a growing UK Workday practice.
