London based hybrid role (2 Days min per week on site). Initial 12 month contract (Inside IR35) with possibility of turning permanent. We're working with a globally recognised technology business seeking an Operations Analyst to join a growing Workplace Technology function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience supporting business operations, procurement, vendor management, or project coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while working closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security and Technology. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced technology environment and would suit someone looking to develop their career within operations, programme support, workplace technology, or business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, expenses and operational administration activities
- Support vendor onboarding, contract administration and renewal tracking
- Coordinate procurement requests through internal approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of software licences, vendors and operational documentation
- Assist with project tracking, milestones and operational reporting
- Produce reports and insights relating to spend, utilisation and service performance
- Work closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams
- Support internal communications, documentation and enablement initiatives
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and remove operational bottlenecks
