We are continuing to scale a key global client account and are looking for a Delivery Manager to drive recruitment across a high-volume, international contract portfolio.

The Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will take ownership of a defined portion of a major global account. You will be responsible for managing live vacancies, engaging directly with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality candidates at pace across multiple regions. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent delivery across technical contract roles globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against a portfolio of live contract roles across a global client account
  • Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure strong candidate pipelines across key technical skillsets
  • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and experience throughout the process
  • Track and report on delivery performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximise delivery outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in a delivery-focused recruitment role (agency or RPO)
  • Strong experience recruiting for technical contract roles
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple roles and geographies
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resilient, and driven to hit delivery targets
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and output
  • Experience working on large/global accounts
  • Exposure to international recruitment markets
  • Familiarity with contract recruitment processes and compliance
