6 months contract initially, Outside IR35, London based (1 day a week on site preferred). We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a leading consumer tech business during a key transformation period. This role is ideal for a hands-on, delivery-focused PM who can get up to speed quickly, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and drive execution across a critical customer-facing area.
You’ll initially take ownership of the chat experience, supporting the migration of chat infrastructure. Much of the discovery and requirements work has already been completed, so the focus here is on execution, delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring engineering has everything needed to deliver successfully.
You’ll act as the key link between product and engineering, keeping documentation up to date, managing priorities, identifying gaps, and driving progress against milestones. Over time, you may also take on ownership of an additional product area.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and drive delivery for the chat product area
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution
- Keep PRDs and product documentation accurate and up to date
- Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing
- Identify risks, dependencies, and missed opportunities early
- Bring pace, structure, and clarity to a high priority workstream
- Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager
- Proven ability to lead execution in fast-paced product environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Strong documentation skills, especially around PRDs
- Experience working on consumer-facing apps or digital products
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams
- Strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Granola in a product environment
