A fast-growing digital consultancy is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position to support their expanding client base and internal delivery teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Portfolio Manager to help manage client relationships, support project delivery, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of professional experience who is looking to build a long-term career in client and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Portfolio Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, and report generation.
- Assist in tracking progress across multiple projects and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, helping to maintain strong, empathetic, and solution-oriented relationships.
- Identify areas to streamline operations and proactively contribute to process improvements.
