We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced HRIS & Workday professional to support and enhance their Workday platform. Working alongside an established Workday Technical Lead, this role will act as the key link between HR, IT and the wider business, ensuring HR systems deliver tangible business value. This role suits someone who combines strong Workday capability with a practical, business-focused mindset and a genuine can-do approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the bridge between HR, IT and business stakeholders for all Workday-related activity
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
- Support the configuration, optimisation and ongoing delivery of the Workday platform
- Partner closely with the Workday Technical Lead on enhancements, integrations and change
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
- Own issues and solutions end-to-end, from requirement through to delivery
- Strong experience working with Workday HCM
- Proven experience operating in a stakeholder-facing HRIS or Workday role
- Ability to translate business needs into system and process improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solution-focused with a proactive, delivery-oriented mindset
- Exposure to Workday reporting, integrations or automation
- Experience supporting HR or business transformation initiatives
- Commercially and business minded
