Location: UK (London or Swindon preferred)

We are currently seeking 3 experienced Test Engineers to join a major Financial Services organisation on a business-critical programme. This is an excellent opportunity for testing professionals with experience working within regulated environments and exposure to Unisys platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Identify, record, and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and validated.
  • Produce clear test documentation, evidence, and reporting.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer / Software Tester.
  • Strong experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience working with Unisys systems/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
  • Experience working within Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation or migration programmes.
  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of modern testing best practices and quality assurance methodologies.
