We are supporting a high-profile transformation programme for a confidential client and are looking to appoint 3 experienced Employee Relations Managers to join the project team immediately. Due to the sensitive nature of the programme, candidates will be required to sign an NDA before full client details are disclosed.
This is a hands-on ER role supporting large-scale business change activity within a complex, fast-paced retail/FMCG matrix environment. The role requires strong experience across group consultations, restructuring, organisational change and complex ER case management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting transformation and restructuring programmes across multiple business areas
- Managing and advising on group and individual consultation processes
- Providing expert ER guidance to consultation managers and stakeholders
- Supporting TUPE-related activity and broader business change initiatives
- Advising on complex UK & ROI employment law matters
- Delivering ER training and supporting governance, documentation and audit readiness
- Using HR systems and technology tools effectively to improve delivery and efficiency
We’re looking for:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Employee Relations experience managing complex casework
- Proven transformation/restructuring experience within retail and/or FMCG organisations
- Experience operating successfully in a complex matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of UK & Republic of Ireland employment law
- Experience supporting consultation programmes at pace and scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
