The Opportunity
This is not a traditional architecture role.
We're looking for an experienced software engineering leader who enjoys staying close to technology while driving technical direction across a major product area.
You'll act as the bridge between Product, UX and Engineering, translating business objectives into scalable, maintainable software while helping engineering teams deliver with confidence.
You'll have the freedom to remain hands‑on where it adds value – reviewing code, solving complex technical challenges and helping engineers overcome blockers – while influencing architecture, engineering standards and delivery strategy.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Own the technical direction for a major product area.
- Shape software architecture for scalable cloud‑based platforms.
- Translate product requirements into clear engineering solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across distributed engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice.

- Leading engineering teams through influence rather than formal line management.
- Working closely with Product and business stakeholders.
- Modern AI‑assisted software development tools and workflows.
