We're supporting a leading technology consultancy in the appointment of multiple SC Cleared Business Analysts to join a large-scale financial services transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of business-critical initiatives within a highly regulated environment, with strong potential for contract extensions.

We're also keen to speak with experienced Business Analysts who have a strong background in Banking & Payments transformation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and produce high-quality business analysis artefacts.
- Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Required
- Active SC Clearance (essential).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
- Experience delivering change within Trading, Investment Banking and/or Treasury environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on complex transformation programmes.
Experience in One or More of the Following is Highly Desirable
- Financial Crime (AML, Fraud Detection, Sanctions)
- SAP / ERP Transformation
- Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Quality or Reporting
- CRM Transformation
- Loans, Securities or Capital Markets
- Financial Markets, Settlement or Post-Trade Processes
