We’re supporting a major transformation programme within a global organisation and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. You’ll play a key role in analysing business needs, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of new systems and process improvements. This is a hands-on role working across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather, define, and document business and user requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Produce user stories, functional specifications, and process maps (as-is / to-be)
  • Support delivery teams through development, testing, and implementation
  • Contribute to process improvement and solution design

Key experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change or transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
