We are supporting an international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme for a manufacturing business with sites across the UK, France and Portugal. The client is looking for an experienced D365 F&O Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support the manufacturing workstream across a multi-site rollout. The role will focus on production processes, manufacturing configuration, workshops, process mapping, testing and go-live readiness.
Key experience required:
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- Manufacturing / Production Control functional expertise
- BOMs, routes and production orders
- Subcontracting processes
- Shop floor / manufacturing execution processes
- Inventory and costing impact within manufacturing
- End-to-end manufacturing process understanding
- Multi-site or international rollout experience
- Experience working with business users through workshops, testing and go-live
- Strong documentation, process mapping and functional design experience
Relevant backgrounds could include:
- discrete manufacturing
- parts / components manufacturing
- engineering-led manufacturing
- aerospace, defence, automotive, medical device, industrial or complex manufacturing environments
This is a fast-moving programme, so the client is looking for someone who can add value quickly, work closely with functional and technical teams, and support delivery through a challenging rollout timeline.
