We’re hiring a Senior UX Researcher to play a key role in shaping insight across a major transformation programme. This is a more strategic role, working across teams to ensure research is aligned, consistent, and driving decision-making at programme level.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate research across multiple workstreams
- Shape research approaches and ensure alignment with programme goals
