We\’re partnered with a fast-moving technology-driven business that is expanding its support function and looking for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join the team. This role offers a predominantly remote setup with occasional in-person collaboration and provides a clear path to develop your skills in SQL, database systems, and application development.

The RoleYou\’ll be part of a small but highly efficient support team, acting as the first line of defence for application-related queries. From investigating day-to-day issues and helping users regain access to systems, to keeping support records up to date and spotting areas for process improvement, your input will be key to ensuring smooth operations. Over time, you\’ll gain hands-on experience with database queries, reporting tools, and system monitoring, making this an excellent springboard into more technical roles.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Be the go-to contact for user queries and troubleshoot entry-level application issues

Track, prioritise, and progress support requests through to resolution

Maintain accurate records of processes and incident handling

Collaborate with senior technical teams to resolve complex issues

Assist with basic SQL queries and reporting tasks

Support release schedules and system monitoring activities

What You\’ll Bring

Experience in an IT helpdesk or application support environment

A clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning new technical skills
