Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Organisation
We are working with a leading professional membership organisation to support the growth of their learning and development function. They provide a wide range of external training, CPD, conferences, and webinars to support the continued professional development of their global membership base.
As part of ongoing investment in the quality and impact of their learning offer, the organisation is hiring multiple Learning & Events Coordinators to support the delivery and management of high-quality learning products across their defined portfolios.
About the Role
As a Learning & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and support of a portfolio of externally delivered professional learning products. You will help manage the day-to-day operations of conferences, webinars, and CPD content — working closely with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure timely, relevant, and high-quality learning experiences.
This is not an internal L&D or instructional design role. It’s an externally facing position focused on professional learning products delivered to a regulated and expert audience.
You’ll support the planning, content development, delivery logistics, and review of events and learning offers — ensuring alignment with both audience needs and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and maintenance of learning products including webinars, conferences, and CPD resources.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), speakers, and contributors to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Assist in planning and scheduling learning events and content updates across assigned portfolios.
- Track engagement, feedback, and performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Work with marketing, product, and content teams to promote and deliver events and training successfully.
- Support senior Portfolio Managers in identifying content gaps, emerging themes, and potential new product ideas.
About You
You’ll be someone with experience in content-focused or event delivery roles , ideally from a professional body, training provider, education publisher, or similar environment. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable supporting the delivery of externally focused professional learning products.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in conference production, CPD content delivery, or training event coordination.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and technical experts.
- Knowledge of how professional learning, CPD, or training events are structured and delivered.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
- Collaborative, detail-focused, and able to work across internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with digital event platforms or webinar tools is a plus.
Additional Information
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the central London office.
- Excellent opportunity to support the delivery of meaningful, professionally impactful learning content.
- Full benefits package available, including holiday, pension, and healthcare options.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a mission-led, member-focused organisation and gain valuable experience managing the delivery of learning products that serve a global professional community.
