Tech Nest are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect/professionalto join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.
Key
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design and governance of the Service Now platform.
Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.
Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional Service Now modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and Sec Ops.
Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.
Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.
Essential
Skills
Extensive Service Now architecture experience.
Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional Service Now modules.
CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.
Strong Java Script, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
Skills: Service Now CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.
Agile/Scrum experience.
AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
