TechNest are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/professional to join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.
  • Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps.
  • Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.
  • Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.
  • Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
  • CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
