Tech Nest Talent are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile technology, security and regulatory programmes within a complex telecommunications environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience across DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and the TSA (Telecommunications Security Act), with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technology and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end telecoms technology and regulatory projects.
  • Deliver programmes aligned to DORA and Telecommunications Security Act requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across Technology, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
  • Own project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory and security objectives are delivered.
  • Coordinate third-party suppliers and technology partners where required.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and programme governance forums.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable improvements in security, resilience and regulatory compliance.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within Telecoms, Technology or a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering DORA-related projects or regulatory programmes.
  • Practical experience with the Telecommunications Security Act / telecoms security requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security, ICT Risk, Operational Resilience and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Strong governance, risk and delivery management skills.

Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, GDPR, third-party risk or critical national infrastructure.
