We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn to enhance Techner’s digital presence. The role requires a blend of strategy, content creation, and design capability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn-focused social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create engaging content including posts, articles, graphics, and short-form videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, driving meaningful engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content.
- Monitor performance using LinkedIn Analytics and similar tools, optimising content for reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.
- Support and manage website content updates through CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) and basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).
- Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking to drive content optimisation.
- Familiarity with website/content management systems.
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content and grow digital presence.
- Basic understanding of business development and brand positioning is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, GMT-aligned setup.
